Maison La Mer Real Estate (“Maison La Mer”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through maison-lamer.com, why, and the rights you have under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form or a brochure request: your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, the type of project you are interested in, your budget range and your message. We do not collect any other data about you.
Why we use it
To answer your request, send you the information or brochures you asked for, and follow up on your property project. We process this data on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. We never sell or rent your data.
Who receives it
Your request is delivered to our team by email. To do this we rely on trusted service providers: Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They process data only on our instructions. Your data may be processed outside the UAE by these providers, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and your property project, and no longer than 3 years after our last exchange, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and does not place any cookie on your device.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Write to contact@maison-lamer.com; we will reply within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
